Smoker's Coffee from "Memoirs from Mrs. Hudson's Kitchen"
Thus called because of its minty taste.
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup crème de menthe
¼ cup Tia Maria or Kahlua
1 ½ cups strong coffee
¼ cup heavy cream, whipped
2 After 8 squares or long size as garnish
MODE
Divide the 2 liquors equally between two tall glasses (preferably with handles).
Fill each glass equally with the coffee.
Top each glass with whipped cream
Garnish with After 8 mints cut diagonally or long size in whipped cream.
